01. What is SPRO?
SPRO is the application for professionals with which you can carry out parking operations for the urban freight Distribution in your city in a comfortable and agile way.

02. How does it work?
You just have to start parking and select the DUM zone code of the place where you want to park. You will find the zone code in the vertical sign next to the section in which you have parked.

03. Who can park in DUM areas?
As until now, only the vehicles determined by the vertical signal can be parked: trucks, vans, tourism derivatives and mixed two-seat vehicles. Therefore, cars that already have green and blue areas for their parking cannot park in DUM areas.

04. Where can I download SPRO?
You can download this app from the App Store or Google Play for free.

05. Does it have any cost to use the app?
No, both the download of the App and its use are totally free. Also, if you prefer to send an SMS, it has the cost established according to the telephone operator you have hired.

06. Does the areaDUM application I was using until now disappear?
The old areaDUM application has been integrated into SPRO. In this new app you will have the same features that the old app had.

07. Can I check my areaDUM operations history?
You can check your history of operations in the "My history" section or in the user area of the SPRO website.

08. Where can I check and manage my tickets?
You can check and download the extracts you want from your user area, or from the application itself in the "Operations history" section.

09. What do I do if I have a technical issue?
Within the "Information and Help" menu of the app, you can select the "Technical Support" option, where you will find a form to send us your request. We will answer you within 48 working hours.

REGISTRATION AND USER AREA

10. What types of users exist?
Personal account: For private users who have one or more vehicles to the family unit.
Company account: For companies or fleet accounts. With this account, a work team or commercial technicians can manage the parking lots of a fleet of vehicles. To do this, you need the prior authorization of an administrator of the company, which discharges all its users and associated vehicles.

11. How do I register with SPRO with a personal account?
You can register through the app, once you have downloaded it, or through the web. You will have to fill in your personal details on the form and you will receive an email to verify your address.

12. How do I register SPRO with a company account?
If you want to register a company account you can only do it from the web, filling in your personal data on the form. Later, you will receive an email to verify your address.

13. What is a business account?
A business account is an account with multiple users managed by an administrator. Users will be able to use SPRO services, as long as the administrator has given them the necessary permissions.

14. Do I have to re-register with SPRO if I am already a user of the areaDUM?
It is not necessary, you can use the same username and password you had in the areaDUM application to log in to SPRO.

15. What if I don't remember my username or password?
You can retrieve your password from the SPRO app itself or from the web, and you will receive an email indicating the steps to take.

16. Do I have to register to use SPRO?
Without a user account you will not be able to use any service, therefore it is essential that you register to use the services. Even so, you can check the information available on the map, as well as the prediction of parking space availability without being registered.

17. What do I have to do if I want to cancel my SPRO account?
You can do it from the app, in your user settings and by clicking on "Unsubscribe". You can also do it from your user area to the SPRO website. In case of being a fleet account user, the general administrator of the account will have to do it.

DUM

18. How does the guards act if they do not see the paper ticket inside the vehicle? Will they fine me?
You do not have to worry. The device carried by all guards allows them to check in real time if your vehicle has obtained the corresponding digital ticket.

19. Can I start a DUM ticket from any location?
It is very important that you activate the parking from your vehicle, or next to it, and always checking before what is the DUM code indicated on the signal, since you will have to indicate it in the app.

20. Can I start a ticket outside the regulation time?
Yes, a parking operation can be started outside the regulation time, and the meter will not start until regulation time starts.
Make sure that parking is not prohibited outside of the zone's regulation schedule. We recommend you to check the start signal of the section, to verify the type of place and the regulation schedules.

21. Can I register more than one vehicle?
Yes. You can add and remove vehicles from the “My vehicles” menu of the app or from the user’s area of the web.

22. Can I use my mobile to park several vehicles at the same time?
No, you can only have a single valid ticket at the same time.

23. Can a valid ticket be extended in the same area?
No, the objective of the DUM spaces is to encourage rotation and serve more users, therefore, once you reach the maximum parking time, you will have to leave the parking space.

24. How can I set up a ticket completion notice?
You can activate a parking completion notice, from the settings section within the app.

25. Can I make a complaint cancellation from the app?
No. In the case of the municipality of Barcelona, it is possible to cancel a complaint by using the nearest parking meter.

26. How does the prediction of parking space availability work?
SPRO incorporates a predictive system for the availability of free parking spaces regulated in Barcelona, to help users find on-street parking. Just enter the destination and expected time of arrival and SPRO will show you the prediction of parking space availability.
Green indicates high availability; orange medium availability; And red low availability. Areas marked in grey have no forecast data.

27. What advantages do I have if I use an electric vehicle?
In the specific case of vehicles classified as “Zero emissions” by the General Directorate of Traffic authorized for parking in DUM spaces, the maximum duration will be 30 minutes in addition to what is determined by the signal.
