Request for add a new vehicle on AREA Resident Parking Rights
If you are resident with AREA Resident parking Rights in force and wish to register a new vehicle on your registry, you can apply online at the Barcelona City Council virtual office, you do not need to attend the BSM Citizen Attention Point in person. We will change your details electronically, will notify you at your address, and then, you will park your new vehicle in your AREA zone. If we need additional documentation for any reason, we will get in touch with you. You can also register in person at any Citizen Service Office (OAC) of Barcelona City Council.
