Advance payment of AREA resident rate

Residents who park, within their area of residence, either in Exclusive residents Green Area or Non-Exclusive Green Area, may opt for the payment in advance of this rate for one day or several days, and at most, up to the last working day of the year.

To be able to access to the advance payment, you have two options:

1. By App SMOU, with 'Barcelona Residents' service activated:

If you are user of the free mobile application SMOU, with the 'Barcelona Residents' service activated, may opt for the payment in advance of this rate from first day of the year until the last working day of the year. For more information:

     2.  By parking meter:

If you are user of parking meter, may opt for the payment in advance of this rate from the first working day of the year and for a máximum of twenty working days.
