What is a user of Urban Goods Distribution AREA? 

An Urban Goods Distribution Area (DUM) user is a person who, due to their professional activity, needs to carry out loading and unloading operations in the city of Barcelona.

Vehicles intended for the transport of goods may park, such as: trucks, vans and two-seater mixed-use vehicles

DUM spaces are specifically designated for these operations in order to ensure safety, vehicle turnover, and coexistence with other types of parking, such as Green and Blue spaces.

What type of parking can be done in DUM spaces?

To park in an Urban Goods Distribution (DUM) space, it is necessary to start the parking session electronically via the SPRO app.

The maximum parking time is 30 minutes and is free of charge. Specific conditions may also apply to certain professional sectors.

Once this time has elapsed, the vehicle must leave the space to allow turnover for other users.

Vehicles classified as Zero Emissions by the DGT and authorised to park in DUM spaces are granted an additional 30 minutes beyond the maximum time indicated on the signage.
