Residents using the 'Residents Barcelona' service in the SMOU app can generate permits for one day or up to the last working day of 2026. Those who prefer to use street parking meters can also obtain their permits from now on, in this case for periods of one day and up to a maximum of 20 consecutive working days.

The 2026 resident rate remains unchanged: €0.20 per day, with a maximum of €1 per week, regardless of the vehicle’s environmental badge. The 2026 regulated parking environmental rates are also available for consultation and vary according to the DGT environmental badge to help improve air quality.
