During this first years, the application has become a helpful tool for Barcelona citizens, proof of its great acceptance are the 650.000 tickets that have been issued, an average of more than 4.000 ticket per day. In addition, there have been over 80,000 downloads of the app, which has more than 45.000 registered users who already make their AREA payments easily through their smartphones.
