14. I have a new vehicle and I want to park it in my resident area, what do I need to do?

You must provide us with the details of your new vehicle by calling 010 or by in person at the BSM Citizen Attention Office (Calabria, st. 66 ground floor - 08015 Barcelona). The BSM Citizen Attention Office's timetable is open work days from Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 2.30 pm and from 3.30 pm to 7.30 pm. If your prefer, make an appointment.
