Barcelona de Serveis Municipals, S.A. (hereinafter, “BSM”) with CIF A-08765919, is the provider of the management of the operations carried out in the on-street physical parking meters of the city of Barcelona.

1. Use of parking meter (Service activation)
Activate the screen of the on-street physical parking meter by pressing the 'Start' button.
Select the type of regulated parking to carry out: Blue area, Green area, Resident area, DUM area or Guilds.
Next, enter the vehicle registration number and wait for the correct validation of the registration number entered.
Once validated, choose to pay with coins or bankcard and select the minutes need to park.
Insert the coins or bring the bankcard close to the wireless reader and finish the operation.
2. Parking conditions
Any error committed by the user regarding the conditions of use of the on-street physical parking meter may give rise to the sanctions established in current legislation. Before completing the operation, the user must verify that the selected rate and the registration number entered are correct.
The user is responsible for verifying whether their parking request has been accepted or rejected. If is rejected, the user will see a notice on the screen of the on-street physical parking meter.
3. Update and modification of the conditions of use
BSM reserves the right to review and modify these legal conditions at any time. User are subject to the policies and conditions in force at the time they use the service, unless otherwise indicated by law or decision of the competent body concerned.
4. Prices and Rates
The user will pay the price of parking according to the current rates regulated in the corresponding Barcelona City Council ordinances for each regulated parking area, based on the time of effective use of the regulated parking space.
