In all cases, the final amount of the regulated parking fee will vary depending on the environmental badge assigned to each vehicle by the DGT. Please note that, during regulation hours, it is mandatory to obtain the corresponding parking ticket, which may be valid for up to 2 hours.
Obtaining tickets
To obtain parking tickets in these regulated spaces, users are advised to use the free SMOU mobile app. This application allows you to pay for regulated parking in the Blue and Green Zones of Barcelona and municipalities in the Metropolitan Area digitally, generating an electronic ticket that can be securely checked in real time by monitoring devices. Therefore, there is no need to go to the parking meter or return to leave the ticket on the vehicle’s windscreen. In addition, you only pay for the actual minutes parked.
