If you are a resident with AREA Resident Parking Rights in force and you have changed your address within AREA, you can request this change by calling 010 or, in person, at any of the Citizen Service Offices (OACs) of Barcelona City Council or at the BSM Citizen Attention Office (Calabria, st. 66 ground floor - 08015 Barcelona).
